Rajasthan is rich in forts that provide panoramic views of the landscape. The Amber Fort in Jaipur, Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur, and Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Sonar Quila, are the three most important forts in Rajasthan and also features a substantial number of historical palaces, the most well-known of which are the Umaid Bhawan Palace and the Jaipur City Palace. Both of these castles date from the high times, and you may see furniture and other things used by royal families on display.
